LEE KUM KEE - CHICKEN MARINADE 410ML
A convenient sweet soy-based cooking sauce. As a seasoning for your favourite stir-fry, or as a sauce over noodles and rice.
Simmer ¼ cup sauce of Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade, ¼ cup water, 1 tbsp sugar and 500g chicken over medium until done.
Soy Sauce Chicken:
Boil 3 portions of Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade and 2 portions of water. Add ingredients like Chicken drumsticks or chicken thigh. Bring to boil and turn to low heat. Cook until down. Turn occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and cool a while to serve.
1 tablespoon = 15ml.
Refrigerate After Opening.
Ingredients : Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce (21%) (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat, Colour [E150a], Glucose-Fructose Syrup), Ginger Extractive (Water, Ginger, Salt), Salt, Oyster Sauce (Water, Sugar, Salt, Oyster Extract, Modified Corn Starch, Colour [E150c]), Colour (E150c).
