Kanokwan - Yellow Curry Paste 50g
Ingredients : Garlic, Shallot, Palm Oil, Curry Powder(Tumeric, Coriander, Cumin), Lemongrass, Chilli, Salt, Galangal.
- Add coconut milk 1 cup (240ml) in a pan over medium heat. Add Kanokwan Yellow Curry Paste. Stir until oil appears on top.
- Add meat and stir until meat is thoroughly cooked. Add water 1 cup (240 ml). Bring to a boil.
- Add potato cubes and peanuts. Cook until they are tender. Add additional seasonings to taste.
