Kanokwan - Pad Thai Paste 50g
Ingredients : Sugar, Shallot, Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Water, Salt, Sugar), Palm Oil, Garlic, Vinegar.
- Soak dry rice noodles (120 g) or fresh rice noodles (200 g) for about 10 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil 2-3 tablespoons in a wok. Add tofu cubes (100 g) and fresh shrimps. Stir-fry until meat is cooked.
- Add an egg into the wok. Wait until it is cooked withoutstirring.
- Add Kanokwan Pad Thai Paste and drained rice noodles. Stir-fry until the ingredients mix well together.
- Add bean sprouts (100 g) and chives. Stir-fry for another minute.
